  • Nikki Springer

My favorite creepy kid has to be Regan from The Exorcist. It sounds cliché, but honestly, is there a more terrifying concept than a young girl possessed by Satan? Linda Blair wasn’t nominated for an Oscar for nothing. Brilliant and creepy.

  • Greg D

The manifestations of the psycoplasmic therapy from David Cronenberg’s The Brood. Seriously. Red hoods or not, those things/kids are downright creepy!

  • Tyler Chase Turner

My favorite creepy kid of all time is actually Sam from Trick r’ Treat, which is also one of my favorite movies of all time. I just love the stories in it, and watch it at least once or twice every six months (more around this time of the year).

  • Drew Forshey

Creepy kid would have to be from Pet Cemetery (1989) Real name: Miko Hughes/ Character name: Gage Creed.. When chased the balloon and ran into the path of the semi that ran him over and they decide to buried him Pet Cemetery.. He back to life and ran with the scalper in hand.. He killed and killed him back.. He said,no fair-no fair.. It was creepy!!

A lot of people have replied with Gage Creed but you were the first to set the trend. Therefore I claim you the creepiest kid and the winner of our Trick R’ Treat VHS Pack! Please send your name and shipping address to to claim your prize!

  • Dillon C. Smith

Isaac Chroner from Children of the Corn (1984). I watched Children of the Corn as a child at my friend’s house, which happened to be surrounded by corn fields. I can still remember how fast my heart raced as you could see his face through the diner window right before the massacre began. Add in the creepy score, and that was all she wrote for me. Although it terrified me, it also ignited my love for horror films. His face will be forever burned into my memory.

Here he is if any care to be reminded 🙂

  • Tom Landrith

Leatherface’s daughter from the movie “Leatherface: Texas Chainsaw Massacre III”. She’s creepy playing with her baby skeletons.

  • Kristin

If Sam is actually a kid, he is my favorite creepy kid. My second favorite are the twins from The Shining. They scared the hell out of me when I was a kid.

  • TJ

Henry Evans from The Good Son

  • Hydro Bones

Karen Cooper from Night of the Living Dead My email is

  • Cecilia Bryant

My favorite creepy kid is also the one from Pet Cemetery. I loved when he said, “No fair.”

  • Katinkle

    Henry Evans “The Good Son”

  • Brandon F.

Definitely Gage from Pet Sematary! Email:

  • Liz Runswick

Just like many others have said, I choose Gage Creed as my favorite creepy kid. I think he’s such a memorable child with the horrible accident. It’s such a memorable scene. So when we get to see Gage later, that sentimental moment quickly disappears when we see him come back to terrorize everyone. A close second for me would be Carol Anne from Poltergeist. That was my first horror movie, so as a child…seeing another child disappear was quite freaky, haha.

  • Keya

I’ll have to join the bandwagon and say Gage, he’s so wonderfully creepy. The line “I played with mommy, and now I want to play with you” always stuck with me.

  • Manny

The Empty Child from Doctor Who. Little boy in a gas mask asking for his mummy, imagine waking up to that next to your bed.

  • Andrea Superkatchick Munoz

Tough question! Little Sam is so cute and all he wants is people to follow the rules in Halloween however close second for me is Damien from the Omen (the original!)

  • Autumn Rogers

It’s hard not to pick Sam I love the little guy so much but I’d have to say Jamie Benjamin from the Pit. My god that boy was just all kinds of creepy.

  • I’ll go with the twins in The Shining. Gives me the shivers!

  • Lionel Ray Green

No doubt, it is absolutely Sam from ‘Trick ‘r Treat.’ Every part of his costume combines perfectly to create the perfect creepy kid.

  • romanda

Im going with linda Blair as regan!!!

  • Adrian Garcia

Have to say Isaac chroner from children of the corn. Watching it as a youngster he gave me the creeps. Email is

  • Jeff Sample

    Gage from pet semetery

  • Dustin Bramlett

I’m gonna go with Malachi from Children of the Corn. Crazy ginger.

  • Amy Sull

    Rhoda Penmark “The Bad Seed”

  • Tack

I’d have to say Samara Morgan from The Ring! 🙂 Email:

  • Phil Truman

    Gage from Pet Semetary.

  • Brandon

    Danny from the shining

  • Nick

    Pet Sematary Gage

  • badlukcharm

Young Michael Myers from Halloween remake…too much like the kid next door who snaps

  • creepy glowbugg

Damien from the original, ‘The Omen’. And even in The Omen 2, when he killed his step brother in the snow (without touching him), and drowned that kid under the ice. Scary.

  • Daniel Brewer

For me, Sam represents everything Halloween and invokes insurmountable nostalgia in me, though I don’t find him “creepy” in the least.
It’s a toss up between the white haired abominations from “children of the Damned” and the risen toddler from “Pet Semetary”, a close third would be Henry (Macaulay Culkin) from “The Good Son”.
Difficult to decide, but those three creep me the hell out…..goosebumps!

  • Zombie Hayes

Gage from PET SEMETERY was the creepiest kid ever!!

  • Michael Bartel

Other than Sam? I would say Damien from The Omen….

  • theshauns

The little girl from Texas chainsaw massacre 3 was pretty damn creepy.

  • Amber

The kid from Pet Semetary creeps me out still.

  • MsMetal Mesh T. Kester

There are many Creepy Kids in Horror Cinema, but for this we have to go Old School! Ground breaking,Earth shaking, rule making,Zombie KING George Romero’s Night of the Living Dead! That little girl that oh so deliberately and quietly ate her Mother with a Garden trowel in that dark basement was a first and one the audiences never saw coming!

    • KC Canton

As far as scenes go this one might take the Creepy kid cake due to the era it was shot in and how eerie the shot was done with the reveal. Ahead of it’s time.

  • mike bigham

    Gage from Pet Semetary

  • Flip Onethirtyeight
  • raelorem

    Gage from pet cemetery.

  • Thommy

The kid from the toaster strudel commercials. *shudder*

  • Amanda Reevenge

My favorite is honestly Sam from Trick R Treat, reinforcing Halloween traditions, it doesn’t get better than that. He’s cute and Creepy!

  • Christina

The young Micheal Myers from Halloween.

  • mike

The kids from 2008’s “The Children”. Super Creepy.

  • Michael

Gus from the beginning of “The Tripper” when he takes a chainsaw to a hippie.

  • Rachel

My mom once told me that she read Pet Semetary when I was the same age as Gage and it flipped her out on a number of levels. I didn’t take this to heart until I had a kid. It’ll be a couple of years before I can watch the film or read the book again.

  • Back in 1991 Klarion the witch boy showed up as an evil toddler with a killer “kitty”. He was creepy and EVIL as S**T!!! He was a cold blooded killer and dressed in a tiny quaker outfit. The balance between creepy and cute was perfect. The Klarion of today with his weird hair spikes and teenage attitude doesn’t hold a candle. I hope a comic book kid is acceptable for the contest!

  • the Goat

sam is the greatest by far but Macaulay Culkin from the good son was creepy with his mask and the way he could manipulate everyone and have no feelins as he smashed their heads in

  • Nut

    Baby Selwyn from Braindead

  • Adam Ramirez

Damian from the Omen (1976). His silent nature is quite unsettling. Plus the movie itself is amazing.

  • misfit1

Jacob from Nightmare on Elm Street 5 : The Dream Child

  • Mick

Alice Spages from Alice, Sweet Alice. The translucent mask and yellow raincoat haunted me as a kid.
