This was a good year for optimistic super hero movies, and a good year for spectacle films in general, and really, my top 4 could have been up there in just about any order and I’d have been happy. I only saw 21 movies that were released this year, so there are a lot of movies that would probably have made my list otherwise that didn’t get a shot, such as The GuestThe BabadookHousebound, and many others that I haven’t seen yet.

POTENTIAL FLOP OF 2015

Well, they are apparently releasing a remake of Point Break. I hope they’ll shoot their guns into the air while going “Aaaah!”
