Set in a post-apocalyptic world, Traptics and The Iterative Collective’s survival strategy game Homeseek launches July 20th. Players can look forward to this engaging simulator where every decision made greatly impacts your colony.

Homeseek takes place in a post-apocalyptic world where Earth suffers from limited resources and a dystopian environment. Set in the future, the game revolves around the struggle for survival in a dried-up wasteland. Where water is extremely valuable and is now considered the new gold. All choices made carry the weight of life or death, but with your guidance, the possibility of survival becomes attainable.

City Building

The game features a city-building aspect where the placement of expansion is important because valuable resources can run out. Moreover, the placement of buildings is also crucial for maintaining the efficiency of your settlement.

Story Rich

Homeseek also provides a rich narrative experience, which allows players to uncover meaningful stories through expeditions, events, and quests. Players will encounter challenges and dangerous enemies when exploring. Additionally, the items and information brought back from quests can determine the fate of your settlement. Along with that, all choices carry consequences that can either make or break the success of your settler’s survival.

Online Multiplayer

To include, Homeseek provides an online multiplayer mode where players can compete against each other in a survival scenario. In this harsh and unforgiving world, you must do whatever it takes to succeed. This includes sabotaging your opponents’ buildings, stealing their resources, and forcing them into starvation before they can do the same to you.

Traptics is a small gaming company that started in 2012 and is located in Athens, Greece. Their sole focus is developing video games. Moreover, they have made several games for PC and mobile, which include Game of Legions, Moribund, Hunters of the Dead, and more.

Homeseek currently has a demo available and will be released July 20th  on Steam.
