Not being able to fall asleep may be annoying, but Blumhouse Games and EYES OUT’s SLEEP AWAKE shows how truly hellish it can be. SLEEP AWAKE is a first-person psychedelic horror game from Cory Davis and Nine Inch Nails’ Robin Finck that promises to blur the lines of reality and imagination.

In a state of everlasting insomnia, the people of the last city of Earth are reaching their limit on what they would do to stay awake. With reckless experiments to try and curb ‘The Hush’ – the disappearance of those who submit to sleep. Players follow Katja as she navigates the hellish disaster-ravaged city of The Crushed. Avoid the grasp of devotees of death cults and solve puzzles to save yourself and those who rely on you.

While the physical world crumbles around you, Katja faces the grief of losing her family. However, with reality distorting around you, players must navigate through enemy encounters, stealth challenges, and chase sequences to survive.

First announced during last year’s Summer Game Fest, Blumhouse revealed to viewers their gaming division: Blumhouse Games. During the presentation they revealed trailers for their debut slate of six titles including: Fear the Spotlight, The Simulation, and Project C from Brandon Cronenberg.
