The ‘Jurassic Park’ legacy grew a little bigger this past weekend with the release of an 8 minute short film that picks up where ‘Jurassic World’ left off.
‘Battle at Big Rock’ takes place one year after the events of the last Jurassic World film in Big Rock National Park, where dinosaurs are now living in our world. The story follows a family of four whose encounter with these wild animals becomes a terrifying fight for survival.
One common thread in almost every ‘Jurassic Park’ film is parents and adults protecting children from the horrors around them and fighting for survival. Which runs in parallel with many of the dinosaurs in the film trying to protect their young from larger predators. Look what I am trying to say is we are all in this together and I am ready for another chapter of “Dino DNA!” This is a perfect bridge to the next feature film.
