Jeff Barnaby’s ‘Blood Quantum’ is coming to Panic Fest in just a few short days and with it comes a zombie uprising. But before the dead come back from their grave it looks like the zombie plague has hit the fish first. SYNOPSIS:
The dead are coming back to life outside the isolated Mi’gMaq reserve of Red Crow, except for its Indigenous inhabitants who are strangely immune to the zombie plague.
