It’s never too early to start thinking about holiday horror and Norway is always on board to give us something to fear at Christmas time! ‘There’s Something In The Barn’ is on its way to Fantastic Fest and we’re looking forward to checking out a devilish elf with yuletide bloodlust.
The film is directed by Magnus Martens (‘The Walking Dead: World Beyond,’ ‘Fear the Walking Dead’) and stars Martin Starr, Amrita Acharia, and Jeppe Beck Laursen. If you aren’t able to catch this film at Fantastic Fest or its October showing at Sitges don’t worry, it has been acquired in multiple territories globally and most of us should get to see it starting November 10th. Synopsis:
An American family fulfills their dream of returning to their roots after inheriting a remote cabi in the mountains of Norway. However, they are in for a big surprise. An elf with a nasty temper lives in the house’s barn. When the family starts to infuriate the creature, a raw and bloody struggle for survival ensues.
