The “King of the Monsters” is at it again in the gritty new trailer for ‘Godzilla: Minus One.’

The first live-action ‘Godzilla’ film from TOHO studios since 2016’s ‘Shin Godzilla,’ the latest film is taking iconic creature back in time to a war-ridden Japan in the mid-1940s. Little is known about plot specifics, but with a creative mind like writer/director Takashi Yamazaki (Lupin III), fans of Godzilla can be sure they will be seeing a bold, new take on the franchise.

The film is currently slated for release on November 3rd (Godzilla Day) in Japan, with a nationwide release in the United States on December 1st. Audiences can get up close and personal to Godzilla’s destruction in IMAX and 4DX formats as well.

Will the film be a prequel to the original 1954 classic? Will the origins of Godzilla change? Is there a possibility that there may be more than one giant monster in the mix? Fans will find out the answers to these questions and more when ‘Godzilla:Minus One’ stomps into theaters this holiday season.
