With over 50 million downloads on the podcast to date, True Crime Obsessed is taking on the renowned “Unsolved Mysteries” franchise with new, weekly episodes beginning October 8th.
Earlier this summer, the “Unsolved Mysteries” reboot lit the internet on fire, and hosts of True Crime Obsessed, Patrick Hinds and Gillian Pensavalle, are ready to revisit each of these unforgettable cases, along with the highly anticipated new episodes premiering late October. True crime fans can expect fresh new commentary and deep dives into the cases and characters with passion and humor that really packs a punch.
True Crime Obsessed will continue their ongoing weekly episodes covering the best of the best in true crime documentaries, with the 12 bonus “Unsolved Mysteries” themed episodes rolling out simultaneously.
The new 12-episode series, part of True Crime Obsessed, will launch on Thursday, October 8th and will run through December 24th with a new episode premiering every Thursday.
Episodes will be released in the same order as the “Unsolved Mysteries” reboots, with the premiere episode recapping the case of Rey Rivera, whose body was mysteriously found inside the historic Belvedere Hotel in Mount Vernon.
