Saber Interactive and Boss Team Games just announced the first video game in the Hellraiser franchise: Hellraiser: Revival. Hellraiser: Revival is a single-player survival horror game that will feature Doug Bradley as Pinhead. This marks Bradley’s return to the role in nearly two decades.
Hellraiser: Revival will follow Aidan, who must solve the Genesis Configuration to save his girlfriend from a hellish abyss. By harnessing the box’s infernal abilities, survive your pact with Pinhead and fight back against the Cenobite worshipping cultists, deviants, and unfernal priests.

“Working on the first true Hellraiser game has been a venture deep into the recesses of my darkest imaginings,” said Clive Barker. “[Saber and Boss Team] have immersed themselves in the Hellraiser universe, capturing its essence—the seductive pull of suffering, the beauty within the grotesque—and forged a narrative that invites players to step beyond the threshold.”
“Hellraiser is the quintessential horror franchise, and lends itself perfectly to a video game,” said Matthew Karch, CEO of Saber Interactive. “We look forward to opening up the gates of hell.”
Additionally, three special Collector Editions will be available via pre-orders. The Genesis Edition will include the deluxe game, a Puzzle Box, and trading cards. Then, the Cenobite Edition will feature a Hellraiser statue and other licensed collectables and a SteelBook case. Finally, the exclusive Signed Leviathan Edition will include an Art Print signed by Clive Barker.
Hellraiser: Revival will release to PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S and for PC via Steam.
