‘Distress Signals’ reveals trailer ahead of its World Premiere at Popcorn Frights later this week. Written and Directed by Terence Krey and Christine Nyland, the filmmaking team behind the hit Shudder original ‘An Unquiet Grave,’ this film is about a hiker who falls down a steep rock and separates from her friends, leaving her stranded with a dislocated shoulder — now she must make her way out of the woods — and contend with how she got there.
