In FX’s Little Demon, an animated comedy featuring the voices of Danny DeVito and Aubrey Plaza, it has been 13 years since being impregnated by Satan, and a reluctant mother, Laura, and her Antichrist daughter, Chrissy, attempt to live an ordinary life in Delaware. However, the two are constantly thwarted by monstrous forces, including Satan, who yearns for custody of his daughter’s soul. Phew!
FX debuted the new animated series to San Diego Comic-Com with a teaser clip and special screening that took place inside the massive FX Networks Hilton Bayfront lawn activation. The activation featured such shows as ‘What We Do in the Shadows,’ ‘American Horror Stories,’ ‘Mayans MC’ and last but not least ‘Little Demon.’
At the ‘Little Demon’ activation you could spin a roulette wheel for your chance to nab a bottle of special hot sauce or an embroider hat. While you waited for your hat to be made on-site you could take a seat in the shade while watching promos for FX shows. You could also take a quick photo with all the cardboard cut-out characters from the show. Fans were treated to a sneak peek of the first episode during a night screening at the activation.
During the Comic-Con panel the producers discussed some upcoming special guests that will lend their voice to characters on the show. Including: Arnold Schwarzenegger, Dave Bautista, Shangela, Sam Richardson, Lamorne Morris, Pamela Adlon, Will Harper, June Diane Raphael and the legendary Mel Brooks.
