Sometimes….horror films make me smile. In this instance, smiling is a signal for fear and uncertainty. Parker Finn’s new film ‘Smile’ from Paramount dropped a tension induced trailer that we can’t wait to check out. I was first introducer to Finn’s work at Panic Fest back in 2019 when he brought his short film ‘The Hidebehind’ to our festival. It was simple in its approach but was a standout of our short film programming. So it comes as no surprise that Finn found a home for his feature film ‘Smile’ at Paramount.
